This stamp is likely one of the largest that I come across. You can split the image or use it as a whole. I decided to take advantage of the design and size. Not all large stamps are suitable for shape cards.
However, I tested out the pieces after die-cutting. It turned out that the shape can STAND really well! This is the beauty of die-cutting..... because the die will cut the shape into precision.
For the coloring, I used the coordinating stencil and inked up each leave and petal. this can be done so effortlessly thanks to the user-friendly stencils.
I added the white-embossed sentiment in the center and added a piece of gold paper to make it stand out more. The ribbon was NOT in my original plan, but somehow, I thought this will make the card more of a show-stopper!
Since this card is quite unusual in shape, why not make it a showstopper, right? If you like this idea, you can turn this design into invitations for bridal shower, birthday party, Sweet 16 celebration, graduation, wedding cards/announcement, engagement announcement, retirement cards... etc.
