Simple Shape Cards

Happy weekend, friends!

Today I am sharing a simple shape card. You may think shape cards are tricky to create and that you may need special supplies..... not so!

I am using Altenew Ambridge Rose as an example.  This bundle (shown above) comes with 4 various sets: stamp, die, stencil and embossing folder. The bundle is sold out. However, you only need stamp and die for this design. Stencils are helpful, but not a must. I am using the stamp, die and stencils.

For this type of f shape cares, you can use ANY floral stamp and die bundle. Even if you do not own the die set, you can still fussy cut your own shape dies. However, it is recommended to have the stamp and coordinating die as the cut will be much more precise and polished.

In case you don't know.... I die cut two pieces for each card. The front one is stamped, stenciled and the other is plain with a score line on top. You add the double-sided tape to adhere to two pieces and it's done! This is a great for gift tags, pick-me-ups card, place cards...etc.
