A Simple and Cohesive Design

Hello friends!

I am popping in to share my 2nd take with the Plum Blossom Layering Die

I also used Elegant Sayings Stamp & Die Set and Ornate Nesting Die.

For the background, you'd notice the Moroccan Tiles 3D Embossing Folder .

With all these very different elements, how do you make a design look cohesive? I used one common theme for all of the elements.

That key element is "gold". I gently applied a touch of light gold/beige color on the Moroccan Tiles 3D Embossing Folder .

The ink around the Ornate Nesting Die has a tint of gold. The center piece of Plum Blossom Layering Die was made of (Gold Cardstock). Let's not forget the paper I used..... it is also beige/Parchment cardstock.

The pieces of the Plum Blossom Layering Die was created with my own watercolor paper. These Dual Pens are really handy for creating your own color paper. They are most affordable and fun to play with.
