Happy Sunday!
We are into the 6th "Stencil Sunday @Virginia's" and there are two more for this series!
I hope that you are happy about that! π
I hope that you are happy about that! π
As most of you know by now....
This
feature is FREE for all you to enjoy!
Let's get right to STENCILS!
Today's project was created with labor of LOVE.
It's definitely not for mass producing....
Cube Builder Stencil
If you are ever in the mood for water-coloring and cube-building.
This is it.
I took the joy π/painπ (depends how you look at the process!!) to watercolor each diamond.
Then you flip the stencil over and complete watercoloring the other blocks!
On word of caution: use as little water as possible, so the water would not overflow the stencil.
I know the sentiment says "make a beautiful mess today!"
BUT, I still like a "controlled" mess as I have a bit of OCD...just slightly! In order to create a controlled mess, I used Splatter Stencil with the Embellishment Mousse (see links below).
In
return, I do appreciate that you use my affiliate links for your craft
purchase.
There are a few organization that I donate regularly. The source of earning/commission will be allocated to the charities that I support: Red Cross,World Vision, PBS and TV Ontario.
Affiliate links are applied at no additional cost to you.
A heartfelt thank-you for your support.
I will be sharing stenciled cards with stamps and inks every Sunday during this summer.
I hope with quality posts, you will still get a dose of stamping fun during the summer.
Don't forget to link your summer creations (at the right side bar) for Virginia's Blog Party!

As you can see, my cubes are not perfect, but that is kind of the point...striving for something original and creative. That is what I do. I also added DMC strings and stapled it! Done!
Thanks so much for stopping by! See you next Sunday!

Gorgeous card Virginia. Well worth the pain!
Love it! Great idea
Whoa...definitely worth the time to color this beauty. It's gorgeous with all that color and the "Virginia touches" I know and love so well.
Just love the look of the colorful cubes, Virginia!!
LOVE this card, Virginia! Wish I had your patience :) Thanks for sharing!
Pretty and colorful. thanks for the tip on water so it is a controlled mess.
In my 'eye' this card is colorful and fun. I wonder what watercolor paper you used as it's so very white. I think the white sets off the colors beautifully. The 'string' adds just the touch.
Love the colorful artistic look!!
This is so bright and playful, Virginia.
Love that sentiment!!
