New Favorite: Stencils and Coordinating Die

Hello friends!

I am back to share another take with Impressionist Bouquet Stencils and Die Bundle.  

This new duo is my latest fav! It allows you to create effortlessly cool projects without breaking a sweat. Here's my card from the latest release. With the extra piece left from this project, I made another.

 

As you can see, the flowers in this one is slightly more pink than red.  I paired it up with the Woven Stripes Stamp Set.

 I purposely stamped the background in various shades of blue. This can be easily done simply by blocking the area with paper or Washi Tape.

 

 That piece of silver Glitter Cardstock was added to draw our eyes to the focal point. This pack of Gilded Cardstock is really versatile. You can never have to much glitter, in my opinion. 

 

  To me, geometric and floral designs really go hand in hand. They do compliment each other so fabulously. I highly recommend Woven Stripes Stamp Set.

Spellbinders Holiday Inspiration Blog Hop

 I have two cards to share with you. First up, it is about the Fall.

 

This new set Welcome Fall Etched Die (Happy Harvest) designed by the talented Nichol Spohr is just delightful. 

 

Each die piece is self-explanatory and well thought-out.  You will have no difficulty assembling your darling Fall scene. I  picked out all my favorite Distress Oxide and had a ton of fun inking the dies up.

 The only un-inked paper is the grassy hill. I used THIS color paper pad as it fits well with the scene.

My 2nd card is all about the Silver Bells. Previously, I made another card with Silver Bells (see here). Thanks to the delicate details of the bells, it does not require a lot of work to showcase it.

I thought 3 bells looks quite nice as a group and that's what I came up with.

 Other than inking up the bell in the middle, I used pattern paper (from last month's Card Kit) for the background.

 I love the delicate DMC Metallic Thread which are perfect to dress up the bells. 

Both card's sentiment were created from Joyous Bird Stamp (it's on sale!!). Here is  another example of mine with Silver Bells

This die set and stencil are coordinating set. That means, you have to get both. However, if you do not get both, I highly recommend the Bountiful Butterfly stencils. You would think that there are many butterfly stencils like this by now...but no, there is nothing like this set. Perhaps I live under a rock!!? 

  

 

 What I love about the butterfly stencil is that it has many open space and allows you to add colors. That is why I used 3 colors for my butterflies. The big bonus is that you can also add colors in the background. How cool is that?

 

 

 I inked up one of the small butterfly die and adhered it to the top. The added dots on the butterfly makes this card a stand-out!

 

 

 I stamped the sentiment from Garden Duo and popped it up with a strip of Turquoise from Ocean Reflection Glitter Cardstock.  Are you in love yet?

The You Matter Die Set alone Die Set will make the card! This set comes with many empowering dies and you can never go wrong with it. I did sneak in the Mix and Match Frames Die Set. Did you see the dry-embossed rectangles? That is just one of the many possibilities of this Mix and Match Frames Die Set (another MUST!).


I stenciled the background with Illusion Hexagons Stencil which elevated this card to a very cool level!

 I die cut grey and white card stock with Mix and Match Frames Die Set.

 I overlapped the two on Lavender Fields Card Stock and this is how it looks!!

 Again, I had to pop another Bountiful Butterfly on it!
