I am back to share a new project with added shine. The stamp set is super easy and fun to color. I think this would make a great set for kids' coloring as well.
For a change, I took our the Distress Spray and used it as my color medium. If you have many bottles of Distress Spray/distress Oxide Spray lying around, you can totally use it for coloring.
I used Canson Watercolor Paper for this This way, I can add water without worrying using much liquid or paint. For that shiny red fish, I applied Moon Dust (how aptly named!). I have used Moon Dust several times for stenciling and adding shine. This jar stays moist and wet after many uses!
Once stamped and dried, I emphasized the silver painting. I painted the silver fish with Distress Spray Pewter Stain. This bottle will serve me well in upcoming Christmas projects. In order not to lose its shine and defined lines, I also silver-embossed the fish 2-3 times.
The Sewing Stackers do not disappoint. Once again, my card is complete and it looks neat and tidy thanks to the polished frame dies! Thanks for stopping by!

Cute fish card with lots of shimmer.
What a cool card. I keep going back and looking at your pewter/silver fish. The dimension you achieved amazing. I don’t have any of the Distress sprays, but I think I need to consider getting some of them. Might start with that pewter color!
Love the sparkle!
Great capture of the shine on the card.
