Hello friends!
I have a super fun card to share today. If you scroll down, you'll know what I mean.
After stamping and die cutting the flamingo, a cool background to compliment the focal point was needed. Rounded Rectangles Die Set came to the rescue!
The pattern paper from Enjoy The Ride Collection has some really gorgeous summery colors. I cut up three pieces paper and lined them up. I joined the pieces with Washi tape on the backside.
I added a small piece of gold Washi Tape and placed the Rounded Rectangles over the cardstock and Washi Tape. After running it through the die cut machine, you'll get a very cool rounded rectangles.
The shape and colors reminded of the phone cases! Now the Flamingo has a lovely background.... isn't it splendid!? I hope today's post helps you to think of cool ways of using your pattern paper and shape dies. I have more ideas to come!
