As usual, for this month's mini delight, I love to use a small stamp (and die) to create a somewhat elaborate design.
This one is a gem! I started out to stamp a bunch of little posies and die cut them.
I then decided to arrange them into a wreath-like circle.
Since the colors are so bright, I added a stenciled background with Bubble Wrap Stencil
After applying white glitter, I added some glitter and kept it very simple and yet shine and textured.
