Coloring The Dry-embossed Image

Hello friends!
I am popping in with a quick post about Altenew's dry-embossing folder.
I am sure by now you have seen so many versions and techniques on using a dry-embossing folders.

Here's a white version that I shared previously.

The thing about using embossing folders, you can simply color it with any coloring medium, such as Copic/Artist Markers, watercolor, Gelatos....or any dye ink!
for you

I applied Altenew ink and highlighted with Watercolor Brush Markers. It's simple as that.

This embossing folder "Flowers and Leaves" 3D Embossing Folder is easy to color as the leaves and flowers are very defined.

I decided to make it as colorful as possible.

The sentiment from Mega Label Love has the right color contrast. I used a green inked paper.

Thanks for stopping by!

So very pretty! Quick question--how did you apply the ink to the raised parts of the card?

A lovely blast of color and beauty!! I wondered the same thing as Linda in the previous comment, did you use an ink blender for the first layer of color?

Great to see some help on working with the folders now that they are an addition to Altenew line.
