An Easy Thank-you Card

Hello friends!

I am popping in with a simple thank-you card. If you are ever stuck and not feeling creative... you can always get your die sets, inks and pattern paper out to play. It's that simple.

My example today was easy to create. This Layered Daisies Etched Dies is one of Spellbinders April release.

First, I die cut the floral pieces and applied Distress Oxide.

That's the beauty of inks.... you can use whatever color to add shades and depth. It never gets old.

thanks -001

Once I was happy with the daisies, I added some blue and splatter in the background.

thanks -002

I added a piece of torn pattern paper and thicker (sentiment and heart) and that completed this card.

Here are the two versions of the same die set. Thanks for stopping by!

Bright, cheerful card. The paper with the torn edge gives an organic look to the card.
