I felt the NEED to share Penny Black creations since there is a sale (see here.) going on over Simon Says Stamp. As summer is coming to an end, I couldn't help making another butterfly card. Creating something with nature theme is always soothing to me.

I felt the NEED to share Penny Black creations since there is a sale (see here.) going on over Simon Says Stamp. As summer is coming to an end, I couldn't help making another butterfly card. Creating something with nature theme is always soothing to me.
I had combined my most favorite stamp sets (Script, Verdure and Butterfly Trio) from Penny Blacks summer release and turned it into a little card.

You really can't go wrong with vellum butterflies, right?
I recently got some new alcohol inks and had fun using them on the butterflies.
I am not really into the color purple. However, I was inspired by the colors from an old magazine ad. It feels great to try something different. The color palette is on the "cooler" tone and is perfect for the end of summer.
