Hello friends!
I don't know about you....
Masking an image is always so much fun ,especially when it works! 😉
Red Blush
Today's post is all about masking.
This is a stamp that you don't think about doing masking. I don't know what got to me...but I did.
I admit that I don't even have any Masking Paper, so I just used a piece of scrap paper. Masking Paper is definitely on my wish list now.
I started stamping the pink/red rose and then stamped the yellow and lastly, the orange rose.
The shades of colors really show the depth of images. Even though it is one layer, the illusion of dimensions really comes through. Of course, with the help of MISTI, this can be easily achieved.
All you need is a little patience and practice. Anyone can do it.

Your masking is just perfect, Virginia. Mine never turn out this well. I wanted to tell you that I just pre-ordered the Creative Corners from MISTI. I clicked on the site from your blog - I hope you get credit. Please show us how you use the Creative Corners as soon as you get yours. I can hardly wait!
Just love your colorful masked roses, Virginia!!

Virginia, this is exquisite and shows mother nature at it's very best. Stamping is simply perfection and I love the choice of colours you have used. Hugs x
Gorgeous card, your colors are excellent. Masking--I use post it notes that are "full adhesive" and they work fine.
