Hello friends!
How are you? I am pleased to share a fall project with you. This time, I am focusing on using the background stamp and the nesting dies.
You may have a few of the similar stamps in your stash already. Perhaps today's post reminds you to get them out to play. These Zig Zag Stackers Die and Autumn Majesty are from the current "Home For Christmas" Collection.
I started out with stamping Autumn Majesty first on Cream Cardstock.
As usual, I reached out to my Distress Oxide and stamped away. The funny thing is I reached for blue color (Tumbled Glass, Speckled Egg). It is not the typical fall color, but I really love the mix of all colors.
I then took out the new Zig Zag Stackers Die and made the die cut. For the center, I stamped the sentiment (from "Thankful for You"). Then I die cut 4, stacked them up and set aside.
Since the nesting dies are full of faux stitching details, I dry-embossed the next die and added the letterpress look. These die-cutting details do not distract the beauty of the stamped background.
The elevated sentiment has the perfect dimension and look amazing with the stamped background. I hope today's post is inspiring to you. Thanks so much for stopping by!
(I am listing the products that I will be featuring in the next few weeks.)
Thanks for stopping by!

Very Autumnal colors. Love the simplicity but with such a lot of Virginia touches. Gorgeous.

So very beautiful!
This is beautiful--love the colors.
What a gorgeous background! The Tumbled Glass and Speckled Egg colors look so pretty with the fall colors. Reminds me I need to think outside the box when it comes to picking colors.
Gorgeous Virginia. Love the texture of the nesting dies.
I like the color for the leaves. Great layers and embellishment.
I've seen more pinks and blues lately with the usual fall colors and find it very appealing. I love the card with layers sentiment. The faux stitching adds charm. Thanks for sharing.
