I started out with creating a frame with Mix & Match Frame Die and Rainbow Blots Paper.
I took the colors from the paper stamped the Mini Delight birthday Banner accordingly.
I stamped each sentiment in various colors. This really makes the entire design more cohesive.
I love that you can use the tiny notes die. The music notes make such lovely embellishments.
