More Water-Coloring (& a Light Bulb Moment)

Hello friends!
I am popping in with a quick post.

Today's card was watercolored (with the Altenew 24 Pan Set) a while ago...

Recently, I added a few touches with the Watercolor Brush Markers (Winter Wonderland).

best wishes
After all the water-coloring, I added some details.
Namely, I water-colored the silver borders!!
Ding---> Stretch your stencils! Use one part of the stencil and add details!

With the Classy Stripe Stencil, I only use ONE STRIPE to color in the border with silver metallic brush marker.
best wishes -001
You may see some silver splatter?
Those were added along with the silver border.

I used a different stamp set for the sentiment (Dandelion Wishes). It fits perfectly!
best wishes

I do enjoy visiting your blog several times a week. I loved this card before (purple flower in the middle, what's not to love?), however the addition of the silver gives it a "wow" look. Thank you for all you do!

Clever trick with the silver border, it adds so much to your glorious coloring by drawing the eye into the focal point. Gorgeous.

The Silver Metallic is a gorgeous addition to an already stunning card Virginia! It's incredible how actually metallic the Silver Metallic Watercolor Brush looks (I know that sounds goofy but I hope you get my meaning lol). I've already decided both the Spring and Winter sets are at the top of my "must get" list for February (Happy Valentine's to me :)). Thanks for always showing us the coolest ideas and projects, the inspiration is always off the charts! (
