Hello friends!
I am popping in to share some a very colorful alcohol-inked card.
I had a lot of fun adding assorted Alcohol Ink Pearls. However, I am not gonna lie...
Sometimes the inky result looks so bad that I want to too the Yupo paper out!
Sometimes the inky result looks so bad that I want to too the Yupo paper out!
As you know already, Alcohol Ink has a mind of its own and can be unpredictable.
I did spent about 7-8 minutes on this piece of card stock until I was happy with it.

Those splotches are perfectly imperfect.
I then decided to created with this ornate Penny Black Elegant Edge Die .
All I needed to do is die cut it in two pieces.

Ding---> During the alcohol inky process, I had some unwanted BROWN spots.
I took out a cotton swab and quickly dabbed it with Alcohol Blending Solution
I was able to remove the unsightly brown spots.
The white-embossed sentiment "with love" is from "Golden Dance" stamp set.
Alcohol Inks are messy and are not for everyone....but once you can see the end result.
You would want to do it all over again, again....and again.
I hope that you like what I share today!

Turned out beautiful! I need to try alcohol inks.... scared of the mess
What a lovely backdrop for the Elegant Edges die! Love your gorgeous colors with the white lacy die cut.
I love it so much! I need to practice my alcohol inks. I think I don't wait long enough between colors... I get a muddy mess sometimes!
Very pretty with the elegant die and the alcohol ink background.
So beautiful!!
This is so pretty! Love the colors and that gorgeous die!
Love the background! Thanks so much for sharing.
Actually think the alcohol ink background is gorgeous...love that vibrant color. That said. the intricacy of the diecut looks fabulous against it. Nice upgrade for your card.
Virginia this gorgeous and very cool looking, I love the colors and design!!
I love your style of pizzazz because of the vibrant color choices!! Really looks stunning against the inked brilliant bg!
So wonderful.
What a fabulous colourful background Virginia. The white lacy pieces are the perfect foil.
Stunning!
I need to use my AI Pearls, so thanks for the inspiration, Virginia! Love using a delicate die cut over an AI background--may just try that to get myself going!

Gorgeous, love that delicate white die against the brights. Hugz
