I am popping in with a CAS card with stamping and Washi Tape.
If you are new to card-making, today's post might help you getting some ideas!
I did stamp on the rainbow Gradient Washi Tape. The ink may smear a little bit when wet.
To create the Washi Balloon: peel the Washi Tape and apply to white card stock.
Stamp and then die cut.
As you can see that I made a slight smudge on the red one!
However, once dry, it is quite alright as you have the shape die from the balloons. I am bad at drawing, but I did manged the balloon ribbons!

I love this cute mini set! Great idea to use the washi tapes! I need to do that more often than I do.... my washi tape collection is pretty big and needs to be whittled down!
