Altenew Craft-A-Flower: Morning Glory Layering Die Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway

 Hello friends!

Based on the colors that I know of Morning Glory, I applied Watercolor Brush Markers onto Watercolor paper. I liberally colored the paper and added tons of bold blue and purple.

I then started die-cutting which in this case, is not the random process. I strategically die cut the pieces
based on dark and light shades. Once I assembled the Morning Glory flowers, I wanted to create a "garden".

I inked up the background in light yellow and adhered the flowers all over the card stock. What a FUN process! If you are in need of joy-inducing crafty items, this is one to consider!

I hope that you morning/night is full of joy and glory!

We used to grow morning glories this color so your card brought back happy memories for me. The colors are the same vivid blends of blue, violet and purple. This is my favorite Virginia card of 2021 so far.
