Hello friends!
I am sharing a very special card in today's post. It's my daughter's birthday today.
I started this blog when Stephanie was in university. She was just getting over homesick and had adjusted to her college life... She is now a full-time researcher and happily married.
I wanted to create a fancier card with layers.... layered with love!
Starting with the inking of the background, I added Coffee Break Gradient Card Stock (Twigtastic Die). This Twigtastic Die really helps draw in our eyes to the focal point.
I have been loving the Coffee Break Card Stock and challenged myself not to use green!
I then added "HB" from Fine Alphabet Die Set. For the sentiment, I looked all over my stash and this one "may all your dreams come true" from Modern Greetings is perfect!
This special birthday card was hand-delivered it to her door yesterday. Our get-together will have to wait until the one-month lock down is over.
I think with this card, Stephanie can definitely FEEL the love! We can't wait to celebrate the birthday together again! Thanks so much for stopping by!
