Coloring With Embossing Folder

Hello friends! I am sharing a project with an unusual way of coloring the embossed image.

I am using the Timeless Tulip as my example.

 

Once I used the dry-embossing folder in this kit and did just that, I took out the Watercolor 24 Artist Pan Set and started water-coloring.

edited: I took a very vibrant approach and did use watercolor cardstock. However, using regular heavy 110 lb cardstock will work as long as you do not wet the paper much.

The key is not to overly wet the image and make it soggy!

 

 I am really pleased with the result. And guess what? there is a promotion....
