Creative Ways of Using The Dry-Embossed Pieces

 Hello friends! 

I have a fun post to share today. This time, I have two projects using the exact same piece of dry-embossed paper. I am using this month's Embossing Folder from Spellbinders as my example.

I thought I had a good vision when I started on working the piece with Embossing Folder.

 

However, once I inked it up, I was not too thrilled with it. But then I decided to cut them up and hence, I have two project here!

 With the embroidery hoop, I cut the piece up and adhered underneath the hoop. I also did some stamping (blue cross stitch) and die cutting ( needle and thread).  I still had half of the dry-embossed piece t go....

 This time , I had the similar idea with this card and added strip to make the entire design look more cohesive.

 I love the green cross-stitched hearts (stamps are from the Monthly Card Kit). 

 With the ephemera, this card came together rather quickly.
