Hello friends!
I am popping in with another "Cut and Emboss" project.
Previously, I had shared this very card with the same Embossing Folder.

I shared how I applied the colors in my video.
Here it is again, in case you miss seeing it.
I decided to take a different color combo. Also, this time, the 3 pink colored flowers were CUT through. The bright pink you see are from a piece of bright paper underneath.

I decided to take a different color combo. Also, this time, the 3 pink colored flowers were CUT through. The bright pink you see are from a piece of bright paper underneath.
Again, I used double-sided white foam tape (on an acrylic block) to color the images.
The white foam are great with Distress Oxide.
as I was coloring the dry-embossed image, I thought to myself...I am NUTS to color the small bits.
However, perseverance is the key. It is very do-able and relaxing.

I did mess up a few spots. But you will never know because I covered them up with Liquid Pearl (Mint Green).
I stamped the sentiment AFTER I did all the coloring. It is not perfect, but it will do.
Here is photo of the two cards with the same embossing folder.
I love that these embossing folders allow you to have a very detailed design and yet it has textures and very very flat.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I'm croaking.... I saw several of these dies at a shop a few weeks ago about an hour away from me! I wasn't too sure about them and didn't get any! Went back today and they were all sold out... of course!
Beautiful cards!
Such beautiful cards!! Love that some parts re see through! Love your color chooses too!
Love both cards using the cut and emboss folder. Thanks for posting your video again. Using the double stacked foam tape is such a simple but effective method to color embossed images.
how on earth did you come up with coloring with foam tape? so clever!
