Here is my take on this simple balloon image.
With the outline, I stamped and die cut the pieces.
One note about the sequins
Do you know that you can color the Satin White Sequins
to any color of your choice? I used Artist markers!and they worked so beautifully. I highly recommend you to get White Satin Sequins.I then arranged the colorful balloons as a small flower.
It is whimsical and fun!
Underneath the balloon, I applied some yellow ink with Bursting Dahlia Stencil.
