Three Elevated Designs with a Classy Sentiment

Hello friends!

It is my turn to share three projects over Altenew Card Blog.

This time, I am highlighting the Storybook Sentiments Set.

I am excited to share THREE projects with the focus on Storybook Sentiments Stamp Set. This set includes 11 sentiments - each featuring a decorative letter followed by a timeless serif font. It also has a few lovely flourishes. Since the style of font is very classy, I decided to create cards with class and elegance.

Card #1Altenew-CAF Antique Rose-Gradiant Card Stock (Red Cosmos)-Storybook Stamp-Burlap Texture Die
What can be more classy than Craft-A-Flower: Antique Rose Layering Die Set? The Gradient Cardstock (Red Cosmos and Green Meadows) are ideal for a quick assembly.

To elevate the image, I use the Burlap Texture Die for the background. I also added the gray with Silver Lake over the Real Gray Cardstock for extra contrast.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment "Just For You" with the flourish. This really takes the card to the next level.

Card #2Altenew-Storybook Stamp-Vintage Garden Stamp-Simple Frame Embossing Folder

I started out with creating a frame with Simple Frame 3D Embossing Folder. With the help of Detailed Blending Brushes, I then applied Embossing Ink with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. After heat embossing and trimming off the outer frame, I literally created an old photo frame!

For the focal point, I chose the Vintage Garden Stamp & Die & Coloring Stencil Bundle.

For the pink/red bloom, I used Pink Diamond, Coral Berry, and Ruby Red Crisp Dye Inks. With the Detailed Blending Brushes, I applied the greens with Tropical Forest Crisp Dye Ink.

Once I stamped the gorgeous "Thank you" in Obsidian Pigment Ink, this card was complete.

 Card #3Altenew-Storybook Stamp-Ornamental Feature 3D Embossing Folder-001

I absolutely love the ease of using the Embossing Folders. The Ornamental Feature 3D Embossing Folder allows you to create an instant elegant card.

To make the colors pop, I swiped the ink over the de-bossed side with Sea Breeze and Lagoon Crisp Dye Inks. After running it through my die cutting machine, out came this gorgeous design!

Adding a silver-embossed sentiment (Antique Silver Embossing Powder) seemed like a great idea. I also stamped the two flourishes on the side.

I then topped it off with a bow (Silver Metallic Thread) and Satin White sequins. Isn't this card celebratory, festive, and elegant?
