Hello friends
Extra extra! I had extra die cut pieces and inky paper on my craft table. Therefore, It's time to use them up and make something original.
This is another take with Craft-a-Flower Antique Rose Die.
As you may know that I love the organic approach of using spray mist to make my own color paper. It is quick and easy ... and you would never feel bad that you did a poor job coloring!
For the rose and leaves, I did exactly that.
As for that piece of orange strip? That was from my scrap pile. Somehow adding that extra bit of bright orange/red really spiced up the overall look, don't you think?
For a change, I used enamel dots instead of my usual sequins.
After seeing my three cards with this die, you may see that I used part of a cover die.
I find this formula works quite well with a large die cut flower.

All three of your rose cards are so pretty. I like the added pop of color with that bright orange/red piece of card stock. Really like the paper you create with the sprays!
WOW! You really know how to use up those leftovers and make something beautiful. Of course, you had to know I'd fall in love with this gorgeous yellow rose. You've just made it extra special with your Virginia touches.
