I find the image very playful and heart-warming.
With that in mind, I created a dotty background and border. I started out with coloring the image with Altenew Artist Markers (Set G).
With the Simple Frame Mask Stencil and Feeling Dotty Stencil, I created a thin dotty colorful border.
I then traced the border with Flower Gel Pen Set Calla Lily Pen. After coloring the chamomiles,
