Feature products #1: Tropical Leaf Mix Die Set, Floral Drape Stencil, Simply Spring Stamp Set
If you love Altenew's leaf dies, this is an excellent addition to your stash. For this card, I stenciled the background with Floral Drape Stencil.
You can die cut the leaves with color card stock, color paper, glitter paper.... and pattern paper. Or you can do what I did... make my own watercolor paper.
Take out your Watercolor Pan Set or Watercolor Brush Markers! Go ahead and splash them all over your watercolor paper. Let dry and die cut!
The process is easy and the result is amazing!
The sentiment dies from All About You is so versatile!!
In order to create a colorful landscape, I painted a colorful background based on the Abstract Landscape Cover Die. This proves to be easy and effective.
I did have to insert that bright sun in the mix by using part of the orange watercolor paper.
This Inlaid Die-cut technique never fails and is a wonderful way to apply this technique with this cover die. That miss you sentiment is again from "All About You Die Set".
With the "Selective Die-cutting", I was able to use part of the paper as part of the design. I ran the paper with the die and then saved the upper piece of paper.
I love the sentiment You Rock and thought this is quite fitting in the design.
