This monochromatic card is totally not boring. Thanks to the pops of colors on the watering can, the simplicity of color from the Washi Tape (on frame) really make the watering can colors POP.
The main supplies I used are: Dainty Water Can Stamp Set, Apothecary Labels Stamp Set ,Mix and Match Frames Die Set, Monochrome Wide Washi Tape (all linked below)
Firstly, I colored the cute image with Altenew Island Garden Artist Markers. Next I created an eye-catching frame with Apothecary Labels Die Set and Mix and Match Frames Die Set.
The simple use of Apothecary Labels die Set, Mix and Match Frames Die Set and Monochrome Wide Washi Tape was really effective. I hope this post inspired you to create your own frame with Washi Tape. You can use pattern paper as well!

What a beautiful card! The blue washi tape reminds me of blue transfer ware china which I love. The little watering can is such a cute stamp and adds just the right touch to your beautiful background.
