Hello friends!
I have a quick share about adding subtle textures. This time, I am using Curving Leaves 3D Embossing Folder.
This time, instead of dry-embossing onto the white cardstock, I added a piece of white embossed vellum. Not only this creates an airy look, it also has that textures that you are looking for.
I then chose my sentiment and anchored my focal point: March's Build-a Flower: Giant Bellflower Layering Stamp & Die Set.
The large font from You Are Everything Stamp & Die Set seems to fit this textured background really well.
Although dry-embossed vellum tend to crack due to the pressure from the embossing folder. This can be avoided, by using heavier vellum (110 lbs). OR, simply spray water mist from a few inches up. The moisture will prevent the vellum from cracking.
I hope today's post inspires you to create a simple and yet textured background.
Thanks for stopping by!

I'm stealing...er...CASEing your vellum idea. It adds the delicacy that these bell flowers require to shine. Such a beautiful outcome.
