Wafer Thin Steel Dies

For my project today, I used In a Word Cutaway (wish), Holiday Trimmings ( sentiment and the border stamp), Cary + Framed with Evelin T Designs Cutaways (the ornament).
First, I lightly watercolor and outer circle with Distress Inks. Then I embossed the entire rim of the ornament with WOW Embossing Powder several times to achieve more thickness. This is the smaller ornament die from the set. The sentiment "wishes" was dry-embossed with the Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat.
The card will not complete without some strings and sequins! 😍

I love the way those bright, happy colors pop off of the grey! Lovely!
Excellent card showing many different styles. Together they are really interesting, color, texture and dry embossing. That intrigues me. I 'see' embossing mats listed so that must enable dry embossing techniques. I lean every day from your posts and it's wonderful.
