Another Take on Build-a-Flower (Gardenia)

Happy Saturday, friends!
I am popping in with another take of Build-a-Flower Gardenia.
this is back in stock now

Altenew BUILD A FLOWER GARDENIA Clear Stamp and Die Set ALT5274

Altenew_BAF_Gardenia_Virginia #2
Instead of keeping it white/grey-ish like I did last time, I took a more colorful approach.

blessed to have you in my life
Instead of using ink, I used one of my favorites- Alcohol Inks.

Steps I took to create this card (products are highlighted):
~apply Alcohol Ink(see here and here) on Bazzill Vellum
~emboss the Gardenia in Antique Gold
~make the die cut and adhere them to Pale Gray card stock
~stamp the leafy background in Seashore
~embellish with Gold Glitter Tape and Pretty Pink Posh sequins

blessed #2

By the way, this set can be purchased as a bundle like the following.

Gorgeous cards! Love that beautiful flower. I have to remember to get my alcohol inks out... have not used them in ages!

Grey and yellow (or in this case gold), I'm in love. Don't really know what to say except, you're a genius. Using the vellum gives this bloom an ethereal quality that lifts it way up beyond the norm. Breath-taking.
