When I first saw this window die, I was really intrigued.  I knew that I wanted to create a scene...
I took out another new stamp set called Nature's Art and started stamping.

With Distress Oxide and regular card stock (90Lb), I kept the water very minimum and colored the images without any problem. I could should have left it as is, but I decided to use the Art Deco die. Without realizing that, I die cut my scene into many pieces!

However, no worries, when there is a will, there is a way. I managed to piece back my colorful floral scene with Washi Tape (on the back). This took a while as I nearly lost the 8 tiny corner (squares)!

The rest was easy. I made the die cut with gold foil paper and took out the fine strips in between the window. I then adhered the frame and the floral scene.

To create some contrast, I stamped and inked up the background with Peacock Feather.
I had a lot of fun trying out on using a window die cut like this Penny Black - Creative Dies - Art Deco Window. The coolest thing about this die is that you CAN partially open up the window and it folds nicely when you flatten it!

The window die is not cheap. However, if you use some of the rectangles from the dies, that's another way to stretch the use of this die, too. You can stamp sentiment and use it as your sentiment die! I will definitely share more idea once I experiment with this window die. So, stay tuned.
