Multiple-Embossing

Happy Friday, friends!
It's finally getting a little cooler in my neck of the woods...
Fall is near.

First, some random chat...
I am now addicted to have a little fun share every now and then over Instagram.

Under "My Story", I often share snippets of my cooking, baking and of course.. cards!
 I feel like a little kid when I get that instant gratification of sharing!
Guess that's why they call it "Instagram!!" Duh!  😉

Today's card focuses on using clear embossing powder.
I am using the following for my example.
You see, this die is soooo very fine and well, dainty.

Once I made the die cut and add Distress Oxide (with tiny amount of water), I realized that these pine needles were very fragile. Time to strengthen the branch!



What could be more perfect than Clear Embossing Powder?

Not only it makes the dies shine more, it really helps to makes the fragile parts stronger, much like the pine in real life!



I embossed the pine and pine cones 2-3 times. It works fabulously!

 Ding--->don't forget to use the negative die cut and STENCIL the background. Notice the lightly inked background?  Yup, use the scrap before discarding it!
