Soft Coloring of Festive Poinsettia

Hello friends!

Still available over Altenew: Blessings , Festive Poinsettia

I am popping in to share some soft coloring of this Stamp Set.
Blessings-001

Usually, I love bright and bold colors. However, it is so soothing and calming to play with softer colors.  I used lightest shade of gray to ink up the middle (red) image first. I then used the matching die as mask and did some masking.

Lastly, I want to point out my rarely-used Copper Embossing Powder. It is so beautiful!
Generally, when we think of  or say the name "copper", it just doesn't sound very attractive...to me.
Had it been called "Red Gold", "Ruby Gold"... it is much more enticing, isn't it?
Nevertheless, you can see the shine and beauty as COPPER truly speaks volumes.

I am keeping this post short and sweet.

Really like the soft colors you used for the poinsettias. The copper embossing on vellum looks beautiful with the poinsettias!

As pointsettias come in so many colors, pastel and vibrant, you card captures their essence. Sophisticated and lovely.
