Penny Black Timeless Blog Hop

Hello friends!
It’s a “Party with Penny!”
You’re invited to join in the fun as Penny Black celebrates the release of their newest collection of stamps and dies, Timeless.
And what better way to party than a blog hop!
You should have arrived here from the blog of my lovely friend Therese Calvird.
If you want to start the hop from the beginning, you can go to the Penny Black blog for a complete list of all of the blog hop participants.

I am super honored to be part of this blog hop along with some very talented card-makers!
For me, it's hard to narrow down my projects to share since Penny Black has come up with some amazing stamps in this release. I finally chose two projects for this release hop.

Project feature products: Cut & Stitch Circle (product 51-508) and together (40-675)

Happy birthday
First, I positioned the die in the center and then made some marks with the pencil.
Happy Birthday

Following the penciled mark, I then stamped the image. Once I stamped the image with Distress Oxide Ink, I applied Embossing Ink in the center and gold-embossed it.
Happy birthday-002

After all that, I made the die cut. I only needed to pop up the circle with foam tape and that's it.
Happy birthday-001

My 2nd project is a very colorful one!
Thanks to the silhouette image and Alcohol Pearl Ink, this card is very eye-catching!

Feature Products: A Floral Twist (40-676), Square Frame (51-517), Cut & Stitch Circle (product 51-508)
love-001

I started out with a piece of vellum.
I then stamped and embossed the silhouette image called "A Floral Twist".
love (2)

The background are then colored in with Alcohol Pearl Ink (all listed below).

You can see the shine from the alcohol ink and it truly is gorgeous!
love-002

I simply used the sentiment "love" from Cut & Stitch Circle (product 51-508) and kept it simple.
love-003

I purchased all my Alcohol Pearls Ink from Scrapbook.com and I have been very happy with them.

The Cut & Stitch Circle is so original. I really like it! On the 2nd card, my fave product is the Square Frame. It reminds me of my grandmother's linens which I inherited. I looked up the price. It's a little steep so I hope I win the giveaway!

If I had to pick a favourite, I think this time the first card would be it. I think it is just gorgeous! The design of the floral stamps, the colours you chose, with the gold embossing in the centre & then that beautiful frame die - wow! Penny Black products are superb.
