Hello friends!
Homeward (Penny Black)
It has been a while since I share a scenic card.
Now, thanks to the new release "Dreaming" from Penny Black, they have come up with quite a few scenic stamps ranges from beautiful landscape of any sort.
What do you think? Isn't this scene heart-warming?
Even though I created with many stamps like Homeward (Penny Black), each time you ink and stamp, the result is never the same.
During the stamping process, it is always eye-opening. As I stamped each section, I could envision the scene that I wanted to create. Then my mind started to wonder... what mood/colors that I'd like to convey NEXT time.
I started with stamping the large tree, fence, ground and field.
Once I am happy with my initial stamping, I added clear-embossing to seal the stamped area.
Next, it comes to the "Emboss Resist". I inked up the inky and background and watch out for unwanted smudges. No fancy ink-blender brushes are required.
I am listing the Penny Black in the following links for your reference.

This is GORGEOUS!!! I adore the coloring behind the tree with the pretty sky. I always like the idea of these landscape stamps but never buy them because I am not great at using them. Your card is beautiful!!
Great scene and I love the sentiment!
