How to Stamp Your Own Unique Graphic Design

Hello friends!
I am popping in with a very fun post.
I don't know about you, but it is truly FREEING to stamp ANYTHING once in a while.
Just get the stamp out and PLAY!
That's what I did with Dot Art.

I started out with stamping just two of the linear half circle rainbow.
You might ask :" How did you come up with that design?
Well, I didn't set out with an actual plan.
I just stamp as I go about two simple rules: color placement and spacing.
There are a few things that I would suggest when you are doing this type of stamping.

1. use a larger piece of card stock:  this allows you to have more ways in using the stamps in more creative ways. When you have a bad spot, you can trim it off and still end up with a wonderful stamped piece.

2. start from the center and gradually work around the design: this helps your design stay "focused" and you can easily work around the focal point. For instance, I stamped the blue half circle first and then green...and eventually I filled up the white card stock.

3. don't give up. You may not succeed with your first initial stamping. BUT you must go on and try for the 2nd or 3rd, especially if you make a mistake on your first. Because you have already learned the misstep and you need to test it out! Be bold.... the more mistakes you make, the more you learn! Before you know it, you will be able to stamp graphic design all on your own.

hello

Really like how you put together your graphic design, Thanks for detailing how you made the card. When I try something like that I usually end up with awkward spaces. Your ideas should help. Thanks!
