How to Stamp a Colorful Checkerboard

Hello friends!
I am back again to share another creation with the Altenew July release.

This Checkerboard design is full of potential. It can be used as background stamp, obviously.

However, the smaller stamps in this set can be used on its own as well.
Altenew-Checkerboard Stamp Set#2

To achieve the colors of this checkerboard background, I used Gell plate to apply colors with Pinklicious.  I then stamped the Checkerboard in Hazelnut over the pink background.

I stamped the heart separately and fussy cut it.  The heart was popped up over the background.  and The loose thread and sequins provide some interests.

I really like the colors you used--the hazelnut and pink look great together! I need to be more adventurous with mixing colors. The heart and the gold thread are the finishing touches to your great card!

Great look to the combination. I was inspired by you to get a gell plate to try out some new techniques. I can't wait to get crafting.

I like the look of the colored stamping on color - and the thread and sequins are just the right thing for added interest!
