Stamping in Multiple Layers and Colors

Hello friends!
I am have a colorful Penny Black creation to share!

https://shrsl.com/2dkim
The new Soulful Silhouette Stamp Set from Refreshing Collection
https://shrsl.com/2dkim

is perfect for stamping in multi-colors.
I envisioned to stamp a rich and vibrant background and that's how I set out to do.

Stating from the one front and center. I stamped all the images in Distress Oxide.
Once I was happy with the inking, I then stamped the rest of the images.

Please know that I left all the stamps positioned in MISTI even after inking.
This would ensure the perfect clear-embossing as you can re-inked the images with Embossing Ink.

Nest, I did the Emboss Resist and inked up all the background with shades of blue and teal.

During this process, I was not sure if the result was going to turn out....
BUT, I persisted and I think I did alright!

I then carefully ran the entire card stock through the ever popular Dainty Dasher Die.
And Voila! Isn't this a cool card!? Well, that's it for today.

What a magical card! I was looking for a fairy to peak around the edge of one of the flowers. It is so beautiful! I love how you did the clear embossing over the distress inks and then the emboss resist. The background colors are beautiful together. Again, this is a magical card.

Did you stamp the first layer in distress oxides and stamped again with embossing ink and heat emboss? Sorry, I couldn't get that part! The result is beautiful!!
