If you like detailed and intense coloring, this set is ideal for adding intense color in tiny area. Before I colored, I ran the watercolor paper (A2) through the die cut machine with String Art Rectangles.
I stamped the outline images in yellow and green. With the color pencils, I was able to add intense colors where I intended.

I wanted to add MORE sunshine to the sunflowers, I then colored the background lightly. I added the white embossed sentiment in the middle (with a thin piece of Washi).

The finishing touches are: Antique Gold Sequins, Gold Metallic Thread and tiny black splatter. I also did some faux-stitching by connecting all the dots around the rectangles with a silver glitter pen.

The gold touches are ones I wouldn't have thought of. They are wonderful and fancy, and are so different from the casual flowers. It is a nice juxtapositioning.
