Hello friends!
I have a very inky card to share today. Perhaps it's the weather's doing that I want to layer up. This card has tons of textures and ink and images, but it is certainly not bulky.
I am using the snowflake stamps from Penny Black. HERE is another similar set that you can try with the various techniques that I share.
I started out with an Distress Oxide Sprayed-paper. Once in a while, I like to spray ink on paper just for fun. Then when creativity trikes, I have my ready-made DIY paper to use.
I stamped and embossed the two large snowflake. The top one was stamped in Faded Jean Distress Oxide first and then clear-embossed.
The bottom snowflake was white-embossed. Once that were all done, I stamped some more smaller snowflake to fill up the space.
The surface of this card is snowflake-studded, it is hard to stamp the sentiment over it. I chose the semi see-through Cozy border die and add the white-embossed sentiment on it. That seems to do the trick!
I hope that your day is full of delight and joy.
Thanks for stopping by!

This is gorgeous Virginia. Blue is the perfect colour for this card.

all those beautiful snowflakes!
Your snowflake cards are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Funny, I do that with Oxide sprays, too. Just spray, dry and set aside for creative moods. LOVE you choice of colors for your snowflakes...so chilly, lacy and beautiful.
Pretty winter card.
I love the snowy layers. I keep looking at the snowflake sets and really think I need to get them.
So lacy and pretty! I love all the layers and the glittery look of the embossing. Love all the blues and whites--so pretty!
