Hello friends!
I’m joining a fun Instagram Hop with Altenew today to celebrate the release of Altenew’s Educator Instagram Blog Hop. Feel free to start the hop over at Altenew IG.
To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $20 gift certificate to 5 lucky winners! For a chance to win, please follow @altenewllc and leave a comment on each stop on this Instagram Hop. Meanwhile, please also follow me on my Instagram (yesvirginialu)
Since the main image was easy to color, I decided to create more colors and add textures to the background.
First, I took out the Feeling Dotty Stencil and applied colors.
After inking up the background, I ran it with the Geometric Castle 3D Embossing folder through die cut machine.
I then popped up the Paint Box over with the metallic strings tucked in.

What a cute stamp set and love how you've expanded it's importance by creating that gorgeous background. Lovely.
Cut card! Love how you did the background
Fantastic card Virginia. Just lovely
Love your card! This is a cute set!
Love the background texture!
Such a cool, card. I was sure curious what embossing folder you used when I was looking at the Instagram blog hop pictures yesterday. To me the castles looked like large pencils which went well with the paint palette.
So cute and colorful.
Super cute and I love all the wonderful colors.
Great project share. I like the idea of these mini sets more and more.
You really thought outside the box using the castle embossing folder. Perfect choice, and cute dotted background as well, adorable!
