Hello friends!
Have your texted lately? More importantly, have you used TEXT as part of your stamped design?
Today's post is to remind and inspire you to use your sentiment set as part of your background and focal point. I am also participating in today's Altenew Educator Instagram Hop.
I started out by creating a ink-blended background with Altenew Simple Frame Mask Stencil
With the Ink-blending Tool, you can ink up the background very easily.
With the Stencil in place, I then stamped the background with Tall Alpha Lowercase Stamp Set
With the that background, I arranged the sentiment die (stamped in Checkerboard Stamp and then die cut). Noticed that I stamped in assorted colors? Yum!
To add that extra touches, I added a piece of Glitter Card-stock and enamel dots. You can start HERE in my IG stop. Do comment if you are hopping as you get a chance to win Altenew Gift Card!

Beautiful and a wonderful design and great colors.
A gorgeous card Virginia. Love all the text on it.
Love the multicolored background and a real eye popper using the checkerboard stamp for sentiment. Gorgeous card!
Cleverly put together, Virginia!
I love it!
Nice idea share on how to add and combine the different styled fonts.
Such a cool card. Love all the variety in the way you did the text on the card. Your design would make a great teen birthday card with a change in the sentiment
.
Soooo clever to use the letters over the stenciled, blended background for this lovely card. Love the addition of the black & white letters for contrast and the big beautiful bloom. Your special Virginia touches look amazing.
I like the pretty background and flower.
