Altenew Color Therapy Blog Hop + Giveaway

 Hello friends!

I am excited to be part of the special blog hop. What could be better than beating winter blue by doing some color therapy? You can find all the inspiration over Altenew Card Blog.

If you arrive from the blog of Tenia Nelson, you are in the right place.
If not, come and join the fun hop for ideas and inspiration.

I must confess that I am not always enthusiastic about coloring. However, watercoloring is another matter. When the watercoloring gone wrong, I can always blame the water and not me, the colorer.

Altenew-Stress-Free Coloring Book and Watercolor Brushes Bundle -Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set -001

Previously, I watercolored this on the Coloring sheet. I actually was quite pleased with how the watercoloring turned out! I called it "dumb luck"! ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜‰

Altenew-Stress-Free Coloring Book and Watercolor Brushes Bundle -Mix and Match Frames Die-Sentiment Strip 3 Stamp-Artists' Watercolor 24 Pan Set (2)

To trim and cut the colored sheet, I chose to use Mix & Match Frames Die. This would ensure the precise cut and size.

I also took chance on coloring the background! I love the grey color from Hawaiian Shores Brush Tips.

I kept the sentiment simple and white-embossed it on black card stock.

You should be proud of this watercoloring, although, I think it's the artist no the water that did such an excellent job. Love how you framed and applied the greeting, as well.
