Dry-embossing Goodness

Hello friends!

I am back with another dry-embossed project. I am using Spellbinder's Embossing Folder of The Month.  

For my sentiment and embellishments, I am using the die from this month's card kit.

 

With the embossing folder, you can basically create your own texture paper--with any colors and textures! I decided to go for the yellow to go with the gold sentiment.

With the yellow and gold, this card does make a bright impression.

I can use any ink-blending tools to ink up the colors. However, if you are on a budget, you can simply cut up a few pieces of foam (yes the foam you use for your dimensions). The foam makes a perfect surface for inking up the embossing folder.
