First, let's talk about the Ornate Cover Die. Noticed the GREEN imprint on the background?
Happy birthday -004
1. apply ink with any dye ink pad. I used Altenew Green  Meadow
2. take the ink pad and dab the ink all over the cover die

3. carefully position your card stock over the inked cover die
4. die cut it with the tan embossing mat for your die cut machine

Happy birthday

Once I created this very ornate background, I inked up the edges with more green ink . Next, about the vase and flowers, I stamped and watercolored. To give the vase a WOW factor, I gold-embossed part of the vase. The sentiment is from Happy Birthday (Stamping Village).

The soft green background is lovely! The Ornate Cover Die really is pretty when used that way. The vase with the flowers complements the green background. Lovely card.
