Hello friends!
I have a very simple and yet interesting project to share. I thought I would make an analysis of this project.
By seeing the techniques mentioned and described, you may get some inspiration.
Also, this may help you jump start your creativity if you are stumped for ideas to try as of late.
1. Ink to paper: if you are not in the mood to color or are lacking coloring medium, you can simply create your own color paper. By swipe the ink pad onto paper, you can create your own. I like to stamp the image AFTER inking.
4. Movement: do not forget to add "movement". Obviously, there is no movement in card design unless it is interactive. Since this card has no interactive movement, we can add the illusion of movement. By adding splatter and metallic twines, you can FEEL the movement.
5. Add that Sparkle: Do not forget your embellishments. I love adding bits of glitter paper. Not only it adds sparkle, it also elevates/highlights the sentiment. Check out the sample card I made HERE, you will notice that I used the tiniest bit of glitter paper. It is so effective!
With this analysis, you can follow these key point to create your own take on this. If you do create any project inspired by this post, please add the link below. I'd love to check it out!
Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful butterflies! Nice color combinations and glitter paper adds perfect finishing touch.
Wonderful cards and the colors are gorgeous!
Really pretty card! Love all the movement you created on the card and the glittery touches. The placement of the butterflies makes them look like they are ready to fly away.
Beautiful card! I love the butterflies and the embossed background!
I love your Card Analysis idea... it is giving me inspiration (which I'm sadly lacking of late).. this is one gorgeous card with lots of interest.. Robyn
I like the layers. I haven't tried direct inking just worrying about damaging the ink pad. I guess they are more sturdy than I give them credit for.
Stunning card Virginia. The butterflies are gorgeous. And what a great card design.
These are stunning! I LOVE butterflies!
