- Love the card created with a FABULOUS floral set called Perennial Beauty. This set is on my wishlist with hopes for near future to add to my collection.
Congratulations, Carolyn! Please contact me at becr8ive2@gmail.com and I can get the prize set up for you. And guess what, Carolyn, since it's your favorite, we are going to dig in some more about this Perennial Beauty.
Since the hibiscus is quite large, I decided to die cut the red one and then mount it with the purple one together in one piece. Not only this saves a bit of space, it also looks more polished and less bulky. If you see the following photo, it would make a lot of sense!?
For the background, I actually stamped one of the hibiscus lightly with my favorite green ink (Frayed Leaf). I then added the splatter with Altenew Shimmer Spray Forest Glade and Green Leaf.
I have yet to share my how-to with this Color-layering Stenciled card...I did not forgot. Thanks for sticking around. I will share it soon as soon as I am able to.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Beautiful and so real.....excellent card.
Geez, this is another stunner. Brilliantly embellished your card but the star off the show is that glorious hibiscus. Fabulously showcased against your subtle background.
Where did you get your Eiffel Tower? I love the card too, but I've been looking for a black and gold Eiffel Tower!
So pretty!!
Oh, how pretty! I like the fancy gold accents!
Oh my gosh, how GORGEOUS, Virginia! I love how you placed the blooms to save space...and you're right, it's less bulky! I also love your color palette, the gold accents and your splattered background...so elegant!
