Altenew-Build-a-Flower Release

Happy April!!
I am excited to share another months of awesome stamping with us.
For the first day of April, let's start with Altenew's Build-a-Flower Hibiscus!

You can purchase the Build-a Flower as a set or with the Ink Bundle  (5% discount) as well.

s
Build-A-Flower: Hibiscus set includes 1 stamp set (24 images) and 1 coordinating
die set (3 dies). Hibiscus are native to warm climates and are associated with tropical weather and relaxing summer days. Hibiscus flowers have symbolized many things throughout history, but are now most commonly known to represent "delicate beauty." This set comprises of a 6 layer hibiscus flower in full bloom, a 6 layer hibiscus bud with stem, and a 4 layer leaf image. Three sentiments are also included. These floral images work well on cards, layouts, home decor, gift wrapping, and more. We can't wait to see where these beautiful tropical flowers take your imagination!
Get ready for this very bright card!

You may not see lots of dimensions in this.
However, I did use the Matching Dies as masks to stamp the images.
I started out with the pin, then yellow and then the leaves....

I added the two small florets on top to keep the composition in balance.

Fresh and sunny...perfect for this long winter. Love your choice of colors and the way you framed the blooms with the background. Also, those two buds are the perfect way to balance this image.

Your card is lovely and thanks for telling us about Hibiscus flowers. I actually had a light bulb moment......use the die to make a mask. I have stamped and cut many masks but I never thought to use the die...I am slow!

DELIGHTFUL!
LOVE the colours, LOVE the POP of dimension of the buds, LOVE the delicate background too!
... much prettier than our hibiscus bush, although the flowers on it are lovely at the moment, they are just pink/red, not quite as tropical and inviting as yours :)
