Hello friends!
A little while ago, I share my stamping with cabbage with you.
If you miss the post, you can take a look here.
For today's card, I used the same cabbage in different inks!

I took a bright, bold and colorful approach this time. After stamping the cabbage with the last two cards, I trimmed off some more of the stalk and stamped in various inks.
I stamped around the background with the 3rd darkest shades in pink and ornage
(ink colors are linked at the end of this post).
I ink-blended the label die and stamped the sentiment in Antique Gold Pigment Ink.
Hopefully this post inspires you to look at your everyday objects with fresh eyes. Perhaps you will give this a try? If you do, please link up to "Show and Share" (located at the top right side bar).
It will be so awesome to see you take on this.

Nice colors and patterns! I've used celery to stamp with before but not cabbage!
This is gorgeous! Completely different from the first, and I love the colours!
The cabbage makes a pretty good flower

This is soooo creative! You might put Altenew out of business with you handmade background stamps :)
You continue to amaze me, and leave me wondering how your brain works, Virginia! PERFECTLY, that's how - and with such an artistic eye, too! I'm seeing Bok Choy? and LOVE the pink and orange! Heading to the produce section of my refrigerator!

Your cabbage ' stamp'' makes a perfect background! Love the bright colors you used for today's card. Sure shows that if one is creative that you can craft on a shoestring!
Love the colors with your cabbage stamping.
You may start a trend with "cabbage art"...it makes a very interesting impression. The colors on the newer card are so vivid and happy. Love your sentiment treatment, too.
So unique, Virginia, and I love the colors - looks like a bunch of artsy flowers!!
Fabulous Virginia. I've used a the end of a bunch of celery in the past to make a background.
Creative and superb!! :)
